The Computer Science program offers students opportunities to learn about and use computers. Courses can provide skills necessary for entry-level employment or additional training and education in Computer Science.
Computer Programming: Q Basic follows Computer Applications. Students develop individual programming projects and operate domputer devices such as disk storage systems.
ROP Computer Applications/ Advanced Computer Applications are two courses which give a general education and advanced instruction in computers and programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and telecommunications.
ROP Computer Repair is a modular, self-paced program preparing student to operate, maintain and repair microcomputers, and prepare for the certification test.
Cisco Networking Academy is a four semester course leading to Cisco certification as a networking technician.
