La Habra High School’s Physical Education program enables students to blend
earlier learning of human growth, development, and physiology with activities
to promote teamwork, fairness, and appreciation of others’ achievements.
Physical Education also fosters improvement of individual health and promotes
life-long fitness activities.
Athletics offers students with particular sports interests, the opportunity to
be members of teams to compete with other schools. This requires after school
participation and maintaining at least a 2.0 GPA.
